The check in was extremely easy and the check out as well. The staff was so friendly and the room was really clean. The only thing is I wish the outside of the fridge was cleaner and the hall didn’t smell so much like cigarettes at times

Despite being smoke-free, there were many smokers in the building. The staff was helpful and allowed us to change rooms after the first night, but we still smelled some smoke in our room on the last night.

Christmas stay My wife selected this hotel because in the past , she has stayed in an Extended Stay America. The hotel she stayed in was at a different location and had a full kitchen ( including oven ) . We didn't do our full deligence and when we looked at the description , we didnt notice that the kitchen did not mention it had an oven. We assumed it did. The front desk staff very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Gave me info about tax exempt as in town for business & work for non-profit. No pots or pans,dishes or silverware in kitchen assuming due to covid, which was frustrating. Little to choose from for grab & go breakfast.
