Check-in was easy and fast. Room was average and clean. But you can hear people talking and walking all night long. Feel like I was at a basketball game and my team was losing.

The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Particularly Esmeralda and Diana and I love the breakfast in the morning especially the oatmeal and the chocolate muffins. Oh boy are they great!! — Christian (CJ)
Another great stay! We always enjoy staying here! The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and so quiet. This is, however, our second stay with no morning coffee in the lobby as advertised, but we will continue to stay here. Very affordable and safe.

Our Go- To Place in Houston! This hotel is always a great, affordable place to stay! It's safe, clean, affordable, quiet and close to 249 and the Beltway with Willowbrook Mall around the corner and many great restaurants!

I had to wait for ten minutes before the receptionist opened the front door. On Expedia, it said that there is free breakfast but there was no breakfast.
