short stay i got to hotel was tired and wanted a shower well it didnt work and the tub started filling with water that would bot drain. So less than 20 minutes into my stay on January 1, 2016 I. checked out and here it is January 14, 2016 and I am yet to recieve a refund but they always tell me its in process. Steer clear its no value.

Noise at the extreme! I was never able to get a good nights sleep. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everyone in other rooms and the hallways. The office closed early so you could not call and report anything, such as the couple next door screaming at 3 in the morning. They threw something so hard at their wall that my bed and headboard moved.

Basic Room, Very Basic Amenities Our room was very basic. We had 2 double beds, 1 night stand, a small computer table and chair. There was a Pergo floor with no capet, 2 bright overhead lights with the TV connected to that light. So if you like watching a movie with bright overhead light... The room has a small kitchenette-fridge and stove, but no silverware nor dishware nor pans. Evidently they have kitchen packs that you can rent. HUGE Disappointment! The hotel staff completely botched my reservations, gave me a key that did not work and then gave my room to another guest. I waited an hour at the desk to get a key to the second room as they had already given my room to the next guest in line. This isn't really a hotel as there are people who basically live here, lots of noise even with doors closed and locked. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER We booked the hotel and were told we could have our boston terrior. After a 14 hour trip when we arrived they told us we could not have our dog. This was a race weekend in Indianapolis and trying to find a room at the last moment and finding rates were doubled everywhere. I think this hotel should have honored our reservation.

I couldn't wait to leave. When I first arrived I had a hard time locating the main entrance. It was just a single door. I was expecting ore of a hotel entrance I guess. When I went in it sort of felt like I was going to visit someone in jail. Just a counter top and small entryway. I realize this place is a value deal for extended stays but it could have been a lot better. There were bits of paper in various places on the floor. The counter top around the stove top was greasy.
