STAY AWAY!!! Nothing is good about this hotel and I never give bad reviews. It's dirty, whole hotel smells like smoke, poor management, everything was dirty from the elevator to the room.

Not worth the price. You obviously get what you pay for. The room had a lingering odor that my daughter noticed, the bed sheets on one of the beds appeared to be years old, & the shelf in the bathroom had blood on the side of it. I would not have rated this at all if had stayed alone but no father should have to explain to his child why a room is below standards to that degree. Next time I'll pay the extra and stay at a better place.

Indianapolis Non-Value Hotel. Hotel rate was too high for the accommodations. I'm use to having wi-fi as well as coffee in the room. Also if you lost a key it was a $10.00 up charge. I would not recommend this hotel. I will pay a little more next time to be able to enjoy a couple of things such as coffee in the room and wi-fi if needed. Also no coffee in the entire hotel unless you brought your own maker.

Not happy I was not happy the website said pet friendly and service dogs welcome and they were very rude when we had my daughters service dog. You had to pay for wifi and local calls were .30 cents per call. If you wanted anything extra it cost money. We placed our trash outside our door, because we didn't know we couldn't one of the employees knocked on our door and said take the trash to the dumpster or you will be kicked out.

Never again We drove 4 hrs arrived 11 pm. On the phone, said front desk was 24/7, its not. Staff is rude, took both our id's & signed that were not on Sex Offender Registry. Room STUNK. Not cigarette smoke. Sheets stained w bodily fluids, wrinkled from before us. Bathroom covered in other people hair. We were so exhausted fell asleep on top of sheets. Bed creaky & uncomfortable. Noise kept going off every hour 6 am kept waking us. Changing sheets was not free. Internet cost was not free. No breakfast Shower didn't work. Fauc... read more

Front Desk Staff Hotel double charged me for my room because of a computer glitch!

Very plain and stiff place to stay. Only thing that made it worth the money, was the area .

Luggage stolen manager not helpful My daughter's bag was stolen and the manager didn't react in a timely fashion so it was never found. Facility is nice but the place is full of full time residence. The keys would not work on a daily basis ano maid service. We will never stay at ValuPlace again!
