No coffee pot in room. The pillows are the size of a throw pillow on a couch. They even had hairs from prior residents and xalled down to office and got told to bring them down. Be alright if they hadnt put us on 4th floor and the evelator wasnt always in constant use from the full time residents that live here.

The place was terrible overall. The floor was dirty, stained. The blankets smelled terribly like if they weren’t washed. The bathroom tub was stained and dirty, there was no shampoo or iron, the hallway smelled like cigar smoke. Horrible, worst hotel we’ve been to.

There was no shampoo or hair dryer in the room. These are givens to me when I book a room. So I did not bring them with me. The pillows were all lumps and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I will never stay here again. The elevator and floors were dirty.

Just avoid it, trust me I have stayed at many hotels across my business travels and this is bay far the worst for several reasons. Initial impressions: Outside there is typically quiet the crowd loitering around. To the extent that you know it’s not going to be a good stay before check in. Only if you're desperate Made a reservation, changed it a few days before by one day. Tried to check in, they had no rooms, but had charged my card. Was told I could only change my reservation by phoning the hotel. Does Hotels.com know that policy? I received a confirmation of the change.

Very disappointing with this hotel. Nothing good to say about it. Was suppose to stay for a week but after one night I had to move to a better hotel. This is NOT a deal just because it is cheaper. There are NO amenities in the room. Not even a fork or spoon or pan to cook with. Not even a coffee maker. No night stands or chairs. No decor on the walls. It is like an army barracks. The clientele "living" there is a bit scary. Do not consider!

Very small rooms and no amenities. The bathroom was so small you had to close the door to get to the sink. It was an extended stay with stove and refrigerator but no untensils or pots or pans.There were no hand towels in the bathroom and no staff to complain to after 5:00. There was a full size bed. Who even uses them any more!
