My room was not cleaned. Beds had no bedding. We were moved to another room. It smelt like smoke. Beds were not comfortable.

The ABSOLUTE WORST It was awful from the start. Waited in the lobby for 15 min for someone to arrive. On way to room heavy smoking/alcohol was so noticeable, it seemed like a bar from the 1990's Sheets were badly stained. Ashtray in the room and site read no smoking rooms. Horrendous. Whole new meaning to seedy hotel. Looks of hotel were deceiving. Appeared nice on outside. They should concentrate on the inside...

Don't stay here unless that only choice Got there at 8pm to a phone on wall to central office that had to call someone to give us room key, only to find the room occupied by someone else? After making a reservation for nosmoking room gave us a room on all smoking floor.

Nice Location Ron was terrific! The rest of his staff, not so much. Rude, non-accommodating, argumentative, spent most of the time in the front door smoking. Please see Indiana Code regarding how many feet from the door one is allowed to smoke. Their sign says 25 feet. He stood in the doorway.

Bad place to stay We asked for a non smoking room and when we got there they said all they had was smoking and put us on a smoking floor now everything we brought with us smells like that I thought that's why you pay for the room a week in advance is to get what you asked for! Also I lost money in their vending machine and when I told the front desk he acted like he could care less and never offered to pay me back! Also there were drunk people everywhere this place is a real hole to stay at!!!

Never again First of all the picture of hotel wasn't even close. When I asked, the answer was we have many hotels around the area and they just choice one Well I would like to know the exact hotel I'm staying at. No lamps only ceiling lights. And what establishment doesn't accommodate your room with cooking utensils that has a kitchenette? Really? ? You get 2 small bath towels no hand towels but 2 wash clothes. Stay at woodsprings. I'm sorry to say I will never stay there again. Staff was nice people living there are loud. No respect for people staying overnight or a couple of days. Place needs major updating.
