Hotel very outdated. Close to fast food restaurant Terrible. There was a bug problem and the hotel staff was very unprofessional. Hotel appliances and decor very outdated. The bed was comfortable but that was the only positive outcome of my visit. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My opinion Room was had a bad odor. Carpet had stains and water in tub didn't turn off completely.

Never I would never stay here again. The room has a full kitchen, but totally outdated. The only thing new in the room was the TV. I made reservations for a non-smokers room but received a smokers room, because they said that they didn't have any more non-smokers room left. They said that they would spray the room with Febreze. My daughter and I couldn't stay there. My daughter had asthma. My oldest daughter and her friends decided to stay, but my youngest daughter and I stayed at a friend's house. "This time" was TERRIBLE I have stayed with extended stay Jackson North and Ridgeland on a number of occasions. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with this hotel. However I would like to say Maria (overall manager) and Jennifer (manager) who was patient with me on this stay and they did accommodate me for all the turmoil that was caused on this particular trip. Never Again!!!! My hotel stay was very uncomfortable... the sheets on the bed were badly stained, the room had a terrible odor, and the hotel grounds were full of cigarette butts...

Close to fairgrounds They need security. A lot of drug activity late at night

Do not stay here!!!!!!!!! The room was horribly unclean. We asked for none smoking but it smelled like old cigarettes. There was hair all over the bathroom counter. The tub had a dirt ring in it. The towels were very dingy. The kitchen section counters were dirty. The sink dripped all night. The appliances were old and not clean. The vent hood was falling apart. The room had four lamps two of them with blown bulbs. To top that off we heard banging all night.

Terrible Noise all night long. Sounds like doors closing every 5 minutes even at 3 am night after night. You can tell house keeping cleans just enough to get by. Sheets look like they had been slept on already. Walks nasty, dishes nasty, shower nasty, and refrigerator nasty.
