reused bed sheets the first day we had to wait 2 hours before we could get into our room because it hadn't been cleaned yet and this was 2 p.m. when we came back to the room and was given the keys we noticed as we walked in the kitchen area we stuck to the floor from a soda spill that was still dry on the floor. then we noticed the sheets were never changed because of hair and food crumbs still all in the bed. we contacted the office and they had no clean sheets. we left to eat dinner and 3 hours later still no sheets. Terrible stay The room had not been cleaned from the last guest, and the bed linens had hairs in them, the floors had crumbs and other various items scattered, the counter was sticky with drink rings, and the bathroom had no toilet paper stocked. Two of the pillows didn't have cases, and the whole room reeked of stale smoke. I had to ask for a new room, which I almost never do. Not happy! First of all the room we stayed in had trash still in the waste basket and scraps of things on the floor. But the most frustrating part of our stay was the process of obtaining a room. I had been online and noticed that there were rooms at this hotel. So we drove to the hotel and when I inquired about a room the sign said no vacancies unless you have a reservation. Not a pleasant hotel experience. This hotel has a staff that could care less. The hotel rooms do not have alarm clocks, hair dryers!, coffee makers or a breakfast as advertised. The breakfast was cold coffee and store bought weird muffins, really nothing else and the staff thought it was funny. I asked about where the ice maker to fill my cooler was and the reply is that you have ice trays in the room, fill them with water and you have ice, we don't have an ice machine. Bed insects I am done with extended stay America North Jackson Mississippi. I tried to give them a second chance and the second chance was worse than the first. I'm just done. I'm itching like hell. Something bit me several times while sleeping.

WE DID NOT EVEN STAY.. WE BOOKED ONLINE AND ARRIVED TO BE TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY ROOMS..THEN EXPEDIA CHARGED US TWICE INSTEAD OF REFUNDING US THE MONEY..THE LADY FROM EXPEDIA SAID WE NEEDED TO CALL OUR BANK AS IF SHE COULDN'T HANDLE THE PROBLEM. WE WERE HERE FOR MY DAUGHTER BEING IN ICU AT HOSPITAL WHERE TONIGHT SHE WAS TAKEN OFF VENTILATOR AND WE NEEDED THE MONEY IN OUR ACCOUNT..COULD NOT HAVE BEEN A WORSE TIME FOR SUCH A CRAPPY MISTAKE AND LACK OF CONSIDERATION TO HANDLE THE REFUND..AND TO CHARGE US TWICE FOR A HOTEL WE ... read more
