very unclean,uncomfortable and unprofessional My room was very unclean and I would not recommend this place to nobody. The pics for this hotel in Jackson Mississippi wasn't what I received.

Horrible & Nasty Place The room was horrible. The bathroom was filthy and there were no cooking utensils as specified with check in, no house keeping, no tissue, no fitness center, and dirty sheets. Let's just say "false advertising" COMPLETELY. We didn't was to sleep on the sheets or use the restroom.

The hotel was worse than I thought I expected a comfortable stay, but this hotel was terrible. The facet was falling apart, the ceiling of the bathroom was torn, the towels had stains (blood, black marks), the bed was really hard, the comforters were stained, ants in the beds, there was a musty smell and on our last night, the toilet broke (couldn't flush). Never returning again. ever.

Lousy service, deceptive policies We showed up late and were told that we needed to have a cash deposit of $100. They did not take credit cards after 11 p.m. Staff was rude and dismissive.

Very disappointed Wire hanging from ceiling. Ceiling was very dirty with black spots. Kitchen counter dirty. Old fridge with rust. Towels and sheets looks old and dirty. Outside of hotel looks great but once you get inside, you're be disappointed.

NOT like other Extended Stays...stay away!! I had 3 rooms and we checked in about 11:30 PM. They said they need $100 deposit for EACH room and they only accept cash deposits after 11PM!!!! Luckily I had $300 cash. I had to make the hotel worker write me a signed receipt so I could prove I gave them $300 cash, and get it back the next day. That's insane. The rooms were run down and made me feel like they usually get rented by the hour for hookers or junkies. Avoid this place!!!

Never Again Arrived at the Extended Stay America on the Friday before a big football game in Jackson. Upon checking in I was informed that if I wanted clean sheets I would have to pay an extra $5. No, seriously. I declined the offer, we were only going to be there two nights. Got to the room. Nothing special. It did come equipped with a small kitchenette.
