Very disappointed in this hotel Contintal breakfast was coffee and a granola bar, no fruit, no juice, no cereal! sometimes the coffee would run out and no one would replace it.

Never staying here again I booked this trip for a business trip, I had never stayed at an Extended stay before and it looked fairly nice for the price from the pictures. Upon arrival at first glance the room looked decent, then when I checked out the kitchen there was rust all on the fridge. There was random long black hairs lingering, one on the microwave, one in the kitchen sink. The bed was not comfortable at all and the neighbors were VERY loud at night. Terrible, staff miserable, room & toilet dirty Bad miserable, unhelpful receptionist, room dirty, toilet dried up s--t in the basin, when complained, receptionist never apologized, just gave another room za I will never book here again

Horrible. Worst hotel ever stayed at. Long hair on towel rack. Was still there the next day after new towels were hung for my second night.
Avoid Horrible. Lots of contstruction on the hotel made for a lot of noise. Room was dirty (urine on the stool), office very hard to locate. Hard to get to from interstate. Check in took too long. Just not a good visit.

Depressing and overpriced It's weird when you pay almost $70 for a room, and your neighbors for the night appear to be running some sort of sketchy prostitution/drug operation. The bed was comfortable, but that's about it.
Bull ***** Got there late (2330). Had to call a number to get someone to front desk. Printer didn't work,no receipt. No parking. Not like any other extended stay we've stayed at b4.

Beware!!! Upon arrival, I found the lobby was locked and I had to pick up a phone outside in a horrible area with questionable people walking around just to call the lady at the front desk, who was a bit scary herself. She said I did not have a reservation, which I made through Hotels.com. She was rude and wanted to argue and was not professional at all.
