The first room we were given had not been cleaned. The second room was made up but not that clean. The carpet needed to be vacuumed, the kitchenette floor was dirty, and the bathroom smelled like stale urine. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and apologetic and kind. I would not stay here again.

Staff is terrible! I booked a double room through Expedia for 2 adults and 2 children. When I checked in, the room had not been cleaned at all, the beds weren't made, there was garbage everywhere. I told the lady at the front desk, she told me she didn't have anymore double rooms and that my family would have to stay in 2 separate single rooms, but that they were right next to each other. Worst hotel ever! It was awful. I think those rooms are really rented by the hour. My first clue should have been when the security guard escorted me to and from my room. The room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled of cigarettes and greasy food. The toilet seat was broken, the bolt had rusted through and had broken. They plates and utensils were not in the room, they were issued in a plastic tote at the desk, and some of the utensils were still dirty. The last straw was when a roach crawled across the bedspread. Not a good place The room was a mess! Dirty and very run down. Floor hadn't been vacuumed in I don't know how long. I would never stay there again. We had 2 rooms and they were both dirty. Staff was nice but didn't seem to have enough help checking people in. They probably rent by the hour. Got asked to buy drugs while there.

Filthy Filthy rooms, not vacuumed, dirty smears all over doors and bathroom walls, smelled like smoke, tv broken, tiny pillows. Bed somewhat comfortable. I felt disgusting staying there, and truly I'm not hard to please.

No Need For Repeat Business When I first arrived the front desk staff told me they were fully booked and that "I had to go into a smoking room". My reservation was for a nonsmoking room, and already paid for so I said, "I will check it out"(several miles from home and need to sleep somewhere). The room was a zero on a 1 to 5 scale. I called down to the front desk to let them know that, this specific room was not acceptable and if they had checked my reservation it was NOT for a smoking room. Over priced stay The attendant was nice. She offered a room on the 1st floor. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes. It gave me a soar throat. It was not to the standards of Stay America. It looked cheap and was over priced.
