Bed a little hard Overall good hotel, we stay at this chain often due to the kitchens & room. Bed was not confortable & was time for a replacement
GOOD ROOM FOR THE MONEY HOTEL ROOM WAS GOOD COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER. I BELIEVE IF I HAD ASKED THEY WOULD HAVE ETHER CLEANED IT OVER OR CHANGED ROOMS
Housekeeping forgot to put enough towers and shower mat that prevents slipping. The floor was swept but still dirty. The shower facet was dripping the whole night making noise, and I was not able to stop that. Two to three of the light bulbs were broken. There was a desk but no chair, so I was not even able to use that desk. The neighbors smoke some sort of weeds that went into my room. Of note, this is supposedly a non-smoking unit. The up side is that the bed is clean. WIFI is good without interruption during usage.
The first room that I have on checked through, there’s a roach in there, second room the side of the fridge had corrosion rust. The elevator needs to be checked asap. Not sure what happened outside but people was arguing very loudly, police came

The hotel was closed and didn't have a place to go 😭😭
