they were horrible people who talked with a lot of disrespect. i was denied check in for physical copy of id. had someone else try and they still denied. i was also denied a refund and i never even received a room key card

The lamps did not work. There was a dead spider. The carpet was damped.

They refuse me a room and couldn't tell me a reason why after i paid online i stayed the night before didnt smoke in the room didnt even pull the bed spread back by time i got off work at 9pm and had to get back up at 430am i barely enjoyed the room

La reservación la hice a las 8.20 pm y ala 9.00 pm ya no está nadie en oficina dejan un número para llamar pero nadie respondió , y son tan descarados que ponen que no habrá un reembolso no se hospeden aquí les robarán su dinero

I didn't have towels in the room, I went to ask 3 times and the person on the counter told me to come back at 8:15 PM to get the towels and when i went to get the towels he just told me that he gave it to me already so he no have anymore towels.

Passez votre chemin... Même pour une nuit d'étape, çela reste très passable. Propreté très relative , à l'intérieur de la chambre comme à l'extérieur. Une légère odeur quand on rentre dans la chambre. Il manquait une serviette de douche. Sur les photos la cuisine fait effet mais elle est entièrement vide , il n'y a même pas un verre. Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres entre elles ainsi qu' avec l'extérieur qui est bruyant. Bref une nuit qui n'a pas été reposante, je regrette...

Mal servicio de las llaves llegamos a las 2 am de trabajar y nadie contesto astas las 8 30 am me dieron llave tuve que dormir en el carro
