Alive and dead roaches in room; hairs on a towel in the bathroom; heat did not work in room; stained bed linen; refrigerator was clean; staff check-in was excellent. I had no expectations of other rooms being any better, therefore I didn't ask for a room change. I chose this hotel, based on others' positive reviews. Disappointing.

The room is not clean

We arrived late evening and had pre-paid.The room was dirty. There was no coffee maker; never heard of a hotel without atleast cheap coffee. The mattress was literally 'broken' on one side; we had to crowd together on the other half of the bed. The remote control was taped together. The kitchenette cabinet doors were falling off hinges and dirty. The parking lot was very dark with no lighting. I could continue with more. We left after 1 night although we had prepaid for 2. The lobby staff seemed a bit grumpy about having to check in a guest. I booked on the Hotels app and they charged me an additional $5.35 for using a third party app. That extra charge was not included or revealed in the Hotels app so the Hotels app price was not the true total cost for comparison to other hotels. One of my top-three ALL TIME WORST hotel stays. Toilet in room for 1st night (a Fri.) inoperable, and was not repaired while I was out the next day, and one burner on stove didn't work. "Maintenance doesn't work weekends." Took heavy argument to switch rooms. New room: 2 light fixtures inoperable, towel shelf in bathroom partially torn away from wall, freezer so fouled with frost that ice cube wouldn't freeze and fridge didn't cool foods. No ice machine anywhere on the property. I will NEVER stay at this property again!!

The bed was hard to sleep on, they had a curtain up at the closet, no trash can, and it smells like mold in the room, I’ve stayed at this hotel years ago, and they was nice what happen to them I have no idea, will not be back.

Booked a two bed, got a queen. Non smoking, got a smoking room. Booked extended stay to have a kitchen, we did not get any cookware even when we asked. Fridge was dirty, bathroom full of hair. Insects on the floor. Bed was not comfortable since we were three people sleeping in it.
