Property was sold out. Expedia Made a big mistake. Left me with my family on the road all tired waiting for a proper response. Totally unacceptable. Terrible customer service.

Smelled like ABSOLUTE bad decisions. Funky isn’t the word.

The first impression means a lot . From the time I enter this property. I was not greeted as a guess who pre booked a room to stay. I was told by the front desk associate that I’m lucky to get there when I did. Because I got the last double bed room. I asked , what is the point of pre booking a room . If I was not going to have a room. The front desk associate says they don’t hold rooms. I didn’t escalate that issue. I just wanted a descent room to stay the 3 nights I had booked .
