Good experience I have stayed at Value Place several times. The rooms are clean and the neighborhood is safe. The manager was very helpful and worked with me to get the best rate when I extended my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs an extended stay.

Good place for a stop. No breakfast, but good Waffle House nearby. Room good even though in smoking hall; no odor.

Not bad I discovered that this hotel caters to short term living. Like for a week to a couple months or so. Most of the people staying their were construction works. Also you have to pay for room service, so if plan to stay for a period of time keep this in mind. I stayed for a couple days and that would be my limit. I would stay their again.

Great price with basic amenities The place was clean and had a stove with two burners and full-sized fridge so I was able to cook during my week-long stay. It had the basics of all that was needed to make the stay comfortable, and at a very affordable price. Highly recommended for those on a budget who want a little more.

Didn’t get my refund didn’t get my room
Terrible first Stay Waited 30+ minutes to get checked in. Had to take a shower last night and this morning with no hot water!!
No thanks Bathroom was disgusting. Tub was dirty, sower didn’t work. Unexpected and undisclosed $100 deposit required upon check-in. Room smelled like old ramen.
They didn’t let me check in my room and kept my money
