The room i stayed in was run down... Had a cot instead of a real bed... Stale smelling

I did not like the size of the bed and the emptiness of the room. My room needed toiletries and other things .

Horrible Horrible stay. I've stayed at 100+ hotels and this one is the worst. No customer service and literally NOTHING comes with the room. No towels coffee pot ect. THEY MAKE YOU TAKE OUT YOUR OWN TRASH. would never stay again.

The only thing I liked was the outside of the hotel and the customer service of the front desk clerk. I did not like that the room did not reflect what was shown online. It had a stale odor, dirty sheets, no tissue in bathroom, and the tub was a tinted color.

If you are having to live out of town for work it is fine but not for a vacation. Online the place was presented as a suite with a kitchen living area etc. However there was no living area the kitchen was nice and had a dining table with 2 chairs. There was only a full size bed that was very uncomfortable. The room was clean. They only supplied you with one bar of soap for both handwashing and bathing.
