My stay was excellent. The location was perfect and it was very quiet.
Friendly staff. Ok overall. Bedroom clean and comphy. Table for luggage would have been nice. Bathroom toilet has mold ring from lack of good cleaning. Bathtub had mildew where tub met wall stall. Search was for room near Jackson Zoo - this room was at least a 20 minutes from zoo : (
value and avaliability well I read all the reviews, I was skeptical. I was just to exhausted to keep looking and decided to take a chance. It took a minute for the desk staff to get down, but they ARE on property. which is good. The first room was STANK. someone obviously smoked in it. I called the desk back and she was more than accommodating and understanding and promptly move us to another room. I travel alone with my 10 year old asthmatic daughter so safety and security are a VITAL aspect. overall this really wasn't a ba... read more
Nice location, clean, The hotel was clean, nice location. The staff were ok. Only thing is no dishes in the kitchen. So even though there is a cooking stove top, bring your own pots and pans. check in was easy. It was very good. I would definitely stay here again.
