Nasty Dirty towels in the room, the tub was nasty, bed sheets looked slept on. Just nasty.

not a good vacation this hotel has roaches. the bed we slept on was noisey due to the base being a spring. i didn't enjoy my stay

Very very sparse Evacuated from Hurricane Irma, I had few hotel choicea I picked this one as it advertised a kitchenette. There are no dishes, no glasses etc No lamp--only overhead flourscents, no clock, no coffeemaker, only a plastic chair, a grainy TV, room cleaned weekly. The bed was uncomfortable. Cigarette smoke seeped from the room next door. But, it was clean and the AC worked.

Reluctant to return, last resort. The first night stay I saw a roach crawling on the stove and wall. I had 2 face cloths, 2 bath towels for 3 nights. My brother had his own room and only had 2 bath towels and no face cloths. The mattress would slide on the very cheap metal box spring it was on every time you sat on it. Location of hotel was close to stores, gas stations, etc. Staff was friendly

Didn't Use I didn't use the room. I thought since I hadn't heard of it before, it was a new hotel. Come to find out, it was previously a different cheap hotel but just did a name change. I arrived too late to cancel it but I immediately noticed how dirty the hallway carpet appeared. When I got to the room, I saw the commode was black in the bottom from not cleaned regularly it seemed. DONT DO IT This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I arrived to check in and the staff was standing around talking very inappropriately, they sent someone to make sure our room was clean before we headed up which clearly their definition of clean is not the same as ours. We walk in our room and the floors are soaking wet and the room smells very strongly of bleach. Wouldn't go back No one was there when we came to check in at 11 pm, then they wouldn't answer the phone. It took 10 minutes for someone to get to the front desk.

Just awful So I booked this room at around 10:45 Saturday night, when I got there around 11 I literally had to wait 45 minutes to get hold of the front desk attendant. Once she looked up my reservation she told me that since it was 11: 48 going on 12am that expedia would have to change my reservation to the next day in order for me to check in at that moment, expedia would not change the date, or give me a refund, so now I'm out of money & was unable to get a room
