Great Stay Hotel Front desk lady was very polite and handle her job smoothly
There was a cockroach there, also messed up carpet but otherwise typical and clean for older room. I used laundry room.
Elevator not working properly I was placed on the 3rd floor. The elevator did not work for going down. So me and my daughter had to use the stairs when going down. I asked the front desk was they aware of the problem and they said yes. Well inform your guest so they make a choice if they would want to walk downstairs every time when leaving and considering the fact my daughter has health issues. No apologies for the inconvenience just like an oh well.
