This hotel is in desperate need of a refresh. My room had dirty, stained carpet and a musty smell. The bathroom light switch plate was broken. The paint was dirty and chipped. The shower didn't have hot water. The staff were very nice, however.

It is ok for an one night stop, better than stay in the car

Not a good stay. 1) There were two people physically fighting in the foyer. 2) The common areas smelled terrible, like a combination of animal, smoke and wet. 3) Stains on furniture. 4) There was duct tape holding electrical outlets on, and covering the fire alarm system.
