We arrived at the hotel at 9pm and the hotel had no clean rooms. We had to wait for the young lady at the desk to contact her G.M. at home. We finally got into the room to find it very dated, without towels.

The customer service was impeccable. The front desk clerk got me checked in in a timely manner. The manager on duty was very sweet and accommodating. My room was very clean. It was my birthday weekend and I was very satisfied.
Caring Staff Informed the staff that I was there due to surgery and they bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and ok
