Okay in a pinch! First let me say that the staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was in a very convenient location for a meeting I had. However, the room didn't look/feel clean, the entire hotel had a funny smell to it, and the bed was really uncomfortable. This place could definitely use some renovations/upgrades but if you need a last minute place to stay it's fine and seems to be in a decent area.

Extended disappointment I have never been treated so badly from start to end of my stay. I was treated rudely upon check in and check out. My room only had one roll of toilet paper and one small soap. I went and asked for some tissue and I was told to go buy my own or use the toilet tissue. The bathroom is so small you can barely get in there unless you are a very small and skinny person. My room said it was for a family of four but there were only dishes in the cabinet for two people. fun getaway Hotel under remodeling and there were bagging early in the morning, workers on scafolds out of my window was a good morning view

Homestead/Extended StayAmerica The location was great and easy to get to and from. The pool was closed because the hotel was under renovation. The second night staty is when I noticed the bed bugs crawling on me. EWWWW From that moment everything looked dirty and made me uncomfortable. They made me take my own sheets off the bed to bring to them for cleaning and switched me into a different room. I couldn't sleep in the new room without the thought of bed bugs.

LOOKS ARE DECIEVING !!! I checked in and waited for the guy for 10 mins. Got to my room and it smelled awful!! The sheets had hair on them and the windows were covered from the outside do I couldn't get sunlight. Was woke up to contractors talking and banging at 6 am and then a man walked into my room while I was in the bed( which was hard as a rock!) He said the clerk told him the room was available!! I'm a woman!! And to kno they can't keep track of who is in rooms and to let people just come in is ubsurd !!! I was blessed... read more

Not satisfied Upon arrival, front desk was closed (this was around 530pm). Finally got someone to help and got checked into a dirty room. Second room was also dirty. Finally got a room that was "clean". Room had a bad odor (ended up using some deodorizer I had in my truck to mask). Condition of hotel and rooms not very good. In need of a renovation. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hotel staff were extremely rude, and completely unhelpful. Waited for about 10 minutes to check in and no one was at the front desk. I finally had to just call the phone number and a person came to the front. Same went for check out. A lady came in after me and ask about vacancy and the clerk said there was none because she didn't want to have the rooms cleaned.

THEY DO NOT HAVE TOWELS AT THIS HOTEL! Everyone who said this hotel stinks was right. It has a moldy smell like the carpet needs to be pulled up and new carpet put down. Even the elevator stinks. But what was bad for me is that they do not give you towels or room service. You only get towels and your room cleaned if you stay a week. But this hotel is so nasty you can't bare to stay that long.
