El servicio no nos gusto pedimos un cuchillo y no los dieron hasta con jabon las cortinas en el cuarto era un primer piso y se veia lara adentro del cuarto los gabinetes estaban rotos y el inodoro estaba suerto

will not make a return stay When I arrived to my room, the floors were completely wet, the shower was dripping, and the light fixture in the shower didn’t have a cover and was also dripping water. I complained and the housekeeper said she had just mopped and then forcefully turned to knob to stop the leaking of the shower, but I couldn’t turn it back on, so the shower leaked. I feel bad for the staff because they're understaffed. No TV both days I stayed. Shower not working just bath. Said I got upgrade room, but I enjoy the regular rooms better. Room clean and what staff was there were friendly.

Upon arrival late into the night, we found that the first 3 room were very in disarray. First they promises a double bed sofa and it was not the case, second, the 1st room the sofa bed had not mattress and it was dirty. 2nd room the sofa mattress was laying on the kitchen counter and the sofa was completely dirty with confetti like particles, deodorant bottles, and females articles of clothing in it. Needs To Be Shut Down!!!! The Lady That Was On Duty On July 21st Around 10:40 Was Rude. After A Long Drive Who Wants To Wait In The Lobby On The Front Desk Staff Only For Them To Be Rude. The Bathroom Was Dirty. The Bed Mattress Cover Was Nasty! The Sofa Beds Are Worn Out And Have Blood Stains On Them. Microwave Didn’t Work. No Phone In The Room. The Counter Falling Apart!
