Overbooking No staff at the desk, you have to wait 5-10 min Linens are dirty, no available extra towels to give Room dirty.. needs remodeling

Repulsive After waiting 10 mins to be helped in the lobby during check in we arrived at the door to our room. The door jamb had pry marks where it appeared someone had tried to break in? The inside security lock had one screw left holding it to the door. The smell was atrocious and that was before looking in the bathroom. The toilet was so foul. There was a horrible stench coming from either the black ring around the bowl or the clumps of curly hairs covering the floor in front of it. I returned to the lobby for assistance f... read more

Sticky floor. . Nobody to help at the desk. No amenities in the room, no coffee. Smoke detector just hanging by the thread. Rusty refrigerator door.

I checked out the place was so worn down. There were no amenities and I tried to get a bottle of water but the vending machine was broken. The lady working nights was rude.

Worst experience The room was dirty. There was a bad smell in the kitchen area and in the room.

Horrible!! Beware people! this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The whole experience was horrible. From the rude receptionist to the roaches in the room, elevator not working, very old hotel, dirty, other guests screaming at each other...

Unsatisfied stay. The hotel was dirty, the third floor had a very foul smell in the hallway and the rooms, the hotel room itself had one small tv with no reception and static on the entire screen, a rug with what appeared to be blood stains and a fridge with all kinds of dust, trash and old food underneath it. The beds slept great and it has a good location. Literally walking distance from a Dave and busters.
