You should stop renting this property. People didn’t stop complaining while i was there. No pillows in the room, no blankets, dirty (that’s what people say while i was trying to do the check in). Also when i went to check in they had no available rooms, i ask them for any solution and they just said that wasn’t their business and i should contact you guys directly. Thanks you guys found me a room in other place, and i can sleep that night

Had absolutely no sheets for the pull out sofa bed. Grossest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. Called front desk for sheets and no one answered any of my calls

The room was very small and rundown .very deceiving from picture. The pullout couch was a twin and didn't close properly to be able to sit on . only 2 outlets worked . The kitchen didn’t have anything to use for eating or cooking with or on. Only 3 towels were provided and no pillows , blankets and sheets for pullout couch. When we called to request linens they told us to come to desk when we did that they sent us back to room and said it will Be delivered. Worst stay ever This is the worst hotel ever. Rude staff, a/c doesn't work, no microwave or anything else for kitchen as stated on the website. If you want hairdryer go to front desk! If you need linen you have go to laundry room and get it yourself. I wish I could say I'm exaggerating but it's all true! They are insisting that there is a microwave above the stove( veiw pic below and tell me what you see)

The Morning front desk agent/ manager was extremely rude, dismissive, unnecessarily argumentative and passive aggressive. She absolutely unhelpful during every encounter and her negative energy turned an otherwise pleasant trip into an exhausting task. There was no emphasis on customer service on her part and she should be removed and replaced immediately. I don’t remember her name but her rudeness was unforgettable

The upkeep of the rooms could have been much more better. We had children and there were many roaches (we were in a suite with a kitchen) and it smelled of cooked noodles. Overall the facility was nice, but my room was very disappointing.

Horrible-Do NOT recommend Took an hour to check in when we could finally get the night auditor to let us in from the outer lobby. Then due to there nightly audit running could not access computer. Finally checked us in and gave a room that had not been cleaned, bed I made, trash everywhere. Went back down for another room, supposedly an upgrade to suite. No sheets for pull out so back down again to get sheets. Room had roaches and ants in the kitchen. Very rundown building. Lobby was filthy.

They didn’t have our “guaranteed” prepaid room! When we got to the hotel our guaranteed and paid in full in advance room was not available. It took them an hour to call all of the other Extended Stay America’s in the area to find us a room that was big enough for our family. When they did finally find one we had to drive across town. We finally checked in, went to the room they assigned us and it had a single bed for 5 people. I went back to the front desk and she said “oh yea I forgot”.
