Terrible! First off I had reserved a double with pull out sofa, when I arrived they only had singles. The girl at the desk did not care at all. Went to my room and the key card didn't work, back to the front desk to get a new card and she changed my room. The room was dated and worn. Pull out sofa and no sheets. Back to the desk for sheets and one pillow. One. Because they didn't have any more. Sent my son to the desk for a blow dryer and it had written in marker in the box "2 hour limit". The room that I booked was not available which was a problem for my family of 6. I slept on the floor to accommodate my children. We booked a two bedroom suite but ended up with a 1 bedrooms suite. It was not big enough at all. My back is still hurting. The office staff is night is non -existence. There is 1 girl working the front desk, doing laundry and fixing problems as they arise. It was horrible

Horrific stay. Walked in to the hostess telling me my room was dirty. Then she went to check. She said the room was “ok” and put us in the room. The room had roaches, hair on the towels, leaky faucets, dirty tub and floors, there was chunks of chocolate on the comforter of the bed spread! I complained to the hostess she said to me, “would you like your receipt emailed to you.” No resolution.

Check in starts at 3:00 pm. At 3:30 pm I received a call telling me there were no more rooms available per my reservation requests. They offered a 1 kings size bed for 4 adults for 7 days. Really, that's not helpful at all.
