Not good The TV was sans power cord and remote. 2 trips to the office. They have the basic, basic, basic cable. No idea what channels are which. No smoking in rooms. But, property littered EVERYWHERE with cigarette butts. We stayed one night because it was close to the Mayo Hospital. There's others even closer.

I enjoyed my stay at the Extended Stay in Jacksonville, Florida. This particular location is right in the heart of the Southside-Town Center close to Bono's, Scrubbles Car Wash, WaWa and Daily's Shell Station-I was a happy patron to these places during the course of our 4 night(s) stay at the hotel. The room key entrance to the laundry room allowed me to wash with ease as well as having video in progress camaras through out the premises. 1. Couldn’t do an early check in without paying $25 bucks 2. There was no lobby to wait or work in - had to Uber to a nearby starbucks 3. Originally front desk clerk told me I couldn’t even leave my (1) carry on bag there while I went to Starbucks, however the manager (or DM) allowed me to I find all of these things odd for a hotel whose niche is supposed to be the comfort(ish) of a home, but at a hotel. Extended stay with no early check in or bag drop off or lobby...?
