I had no problem everything was pretty clean the room was nice and the hotel lobby Personnel was friendly and knowledgeable

Room was clean and fine. Exterior was dirty, stairwells and walkways had trash and debris, had not been cleaned for days or weeks.

Loved the room just needed housecleaning to do a better job had stinky trash from a previous guest still in my room trash under the bed. But overrall the room was spacious and comfortable.

Not good The TV was sans power cord and remote. 2 trips to the office. They have the basic, basic, basic cable. No idea what channels are which. No smoking in rooms. But, property littered EVERYWHERE with cigarette butts. We stayed one night because it was close to the Mayo Hospital. There's others even closer.
