Tried checking in after hours approx 11:00 pm on 6-16 and was on hold with call center for over an hour. Finally got room at another hotel, came back next day and advised of situation and was advised call center was told, suggested changing call centers. Was given nice discount and upgrade when stayed with them next week to make up for issues.

Enjoy everytime I am from kalamazoo MI. I come here everytime i get away. I love the 2 ladys at the desk Ashley and Ramona they are amazing.. Couldnt ask for better onea then them. They are very helpful and respectful with everything. Thank you.
