Rooms and hallways infested with cockroaches. Fell two times leaving the building, first time onto my arm that is already injured in a brace and the second time I landed on my knee and chin which are still both bruised. Claim to be pet friendly but decided to inform us halfway through our stay of a pet rent. We were allowed to pay it off until our departure date until the general manager returned and told us we either had to have it paid or leave the next day. Overall, a mixed experience. Check-in was easy and smooth, which I appreciated. Especially thankful for the handicap-accessible room and bathroom for my mom—those accommodations made a real difference. The room itself was very minimalistic. There was a kitchen available, but I was ill-prepared and was unable to obtain paper products, which made things a bit inconvenient. We checked in late at night and nobody was at front counter which led to us having to stay elsewhere. My room was prepaid for as well so I was very disappointed. The sign said to call 0 for late check ins and nobody answered nor came to the front desk.
