I woke up with bed bug bites and bugs all over me and in the bed. I was loved to a different floor and room and that room had roaches. The staff was extremely nice but they should’ve definitely been notifying people of this issue

Key making machine was done so we never got a key to our room. When staff let you in, they never asked for ID. The room had bug traps everywhere because there were cockroaches.
