What the extended day through Expedia when I got there, I could not check in because they did their night audit and it wouldn’t let me check in so I want my refund. They did it on their end. They need you to do it on your end Expedia.

Check in took FOREVER, even tho there was only one person in front of us. Then we were rudely informed of the non negotiable $100 deposit (even tho we already paid, and there was no mention of this on the website). It’s not good Really needs cleaning and the walls need fresh paint. Floors in the room and the corridors need to be swept and mopped.
