Gross, trashy people hanging out outside, homeless person too. We stayed one night and booked 4 nights. I wouldn’t have cared if I lost the money. I needed to leave.

Nasty Don't do it Horrible. Only had 2 flat pillows, asked for a couple more, was told no. Dogs barked constantly, but the kicker was all the hair in the shower NASTY Asked for a late check out, was told no problem, then a manager knocked on the door while I was loading the car and told my wife we had to get out, they didn't offer a late checkout. Still did not get my money back It was bad because they charged me for 2 beds room and I didn't get what I received

I will never stay there again. The entrance has no lobby and it reminds you that your staying in a ruff area. The elevator is extremely slow and a few of the people staying there made me feel very uncomfortable. The hotel also smells bad.
Good for 1 night Great distance from Arrowhead and Kauffman stadiums. If it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t stay here again.

Quick trip High rating online. In experienced desk clerk made it to we're we almost paid 2 hotels but stuck it through. They would not change rooms when complaint was given. Left at 430 when could not stand uncleanliness. Whether it be mental by then or not. It was unsat.

Wouldn’t call this a hotel I knew my flight would be getting in after hours (10pm) so I made sure to call earlier in the day to let them know I’d be checking in around 11pm. When we got there we had to call a number to get someone to drive there to check us in, we were told he would arrive in 15 min. Long story short after multiple calls back we waited well over an hour.
