Only problem I had was at checkout I spent about 30 minutes trying to locate the luggage cart to bring my belongings downstairs and ended up having to make 2 trips. One of the employees was kind to assist me in that endeavor after seeing me struggle
Won't stay again Staff was great. However, the hotel has a urine smell in the hallways. Try Odor-ban. It's more expensive than what you use I'm sure...but it works. Also sheets, blanket and bedspread not changed ... They were wrinkled and smelled. This is true of all your hotels across the country I've stayed at. The plus is of course saving money by cooking in the room, the rates are compatible and the building is locked. Nice modern up to date building with nice kitchen & ameniries. No breakfast though. Enjoyed my weekly stay there!!!

It was an ok stay. I didn’t realize when I booked that it was a place where I wouldn’t get housekeeping service for two weeks and I was there for only one week. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It is an EXTENDED stay place. Which means what I mentioned above. No housekeeping for two weeks.
