Check in was quick and easy. But anything you need that would usually be offered free of charge (clean towels, sheets, housekeeping service and even toilet paper) they charge you for it. The parking area is a bit difficult but they are also in the middle of a much needed renovations. Not bad for the money and the room was clean when we arrived and hallways and such are also clean and free of clutter
Its ok Parking lot is a bit frustrating but since they are what i assume to be remodeling; is understandable.

Only problem I had was at checkout I spent about 30 minutes trying to locate the luggage cart to bring my belongings downstairs and ended up having to make 2 trips. One of the employees was kind to assist me in that endeavor after seeing me struggle
