Llegamos pasada la media noche, la recepcion estaba cerrada y no habia nadie para atender, tardaron casi una hora en salir.. Habiamos llegado cansados y se nos hizo eterno el tiempo esperando. En la habitacion no habia toallas, bajamos a pedir a las 8am aproximadamente y nos dijeron que no habia servicio, hasta las 10 am nos podian atender. Quien nos atendio tenia una mala actitud. Ademas la habitacion olia mucho a humedad, y vimos algunas cucarachas dentro del baño. En resumen, NO lo recomiendo.

Instalaciones muy descuidadas, camas horribles, habia basura y cucarachas en la habitacion. EL personal dio mal servicio y despues de las 11pm no hay nadie en el hotel que pueda ayudarte con alguna necesidad. Horrible todo, el dinero pagado fue tirado a la basura por su mal establecimiento

The entrance smells like chemicals trying to cover up a bad smell. The parking lot was filled with cigarette buds. The front desk clerk Vanessa gives off a bad vibe, no smile, no welcome, had her ear phones on. The room was disgusting, microwave looked like mold or rust was in it, the fridges are seriously outdated. Switched room and same thing. The room smell bad as soon as you would go in. The lady in the front desk was rude. We asked for another towel for my son because it was three of us and only two towels in the room and staff said they didn’t have extra towels.

The hotel has a horrible smell, it's infested with cockroaches, and the beds are in terrible condition. It's the worst place to stay.
