Front desk tiene horarios de oficina , tipo 9 to 5 Llegué después de las 11 pm y me tuvieron esperando 20 minutos para que viniera alguien a hacernos el check in . Salimos temprano alrededor de las 8 am y seguía cerrado el front desk . La atención de quien nos recibió fue frío e indiferente , todavía me dijo que “él tenía que descansar “ y por eso no estaba en front desk . La habitación no tenía ni shampoo y no había nadie en front desk para atenderte , no había plancha , en cuarto olía horrible a humedad . Cero recomendable

The room was super dirty

No towels, no toilet paper. When asked they said they didn't have any. Finally quit asking. TV didn't get channels and internet connection wzs so inter.

It sucked We had work equipment to take to the room and the elevators didn't work. The front desk person told me that they also didn't have any TP, and clean towels. The room had a spider on the bed and roaches in the restroom. The bed was like sleeping on a prison bed.

Was on work trip and saw they had check in hours until 5:30am so i booked it a few days beforehand, as i would be in late. That night, the receptionist George would not check me in when i arrived at 3am. (Well within the alotted check in time frame) i ended up with no where to go at 3am.
Checked in after hours, waited 15 mins for someone to come down and check me in. Room was dirty, cockroach found in the room. Run down and in need of updating top to bottom.
The room was infested w cockroaches and dirty!! The room they gave us had no AC. and they knew that before they gave it to us, luckily they switched it no problem. But still!
The lady on front desk is very rude
