Do not book there Had to find another hotel since no one was at the front desk to check me in. Called service numbers listed, no answer. Routed my call to customer service and said to call back in the morning

I wasn't even able to check in, i got at the front desk exactly at 09:58 and no one was there, i waited until 10:45 before leaving and stayed somewhere else

Llegué con mi hijo a las 9:58 PM y no había nadie, llamamos y nos dijo la recepcionista que llegaba hasta las 10:30 pm, bueno, esperamos, llegó puntual, nos dieron acceso y sorpresa, la habitación llena de cucarachas. Qué asco. No regreso por nada del mundo.
