Just okay Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly. Quiet and clean rooms. Fast free wifi. Comfy beds. Cons: False advertisement for the hotel providing coffee maker and blow dryer upon request (hotel did not provide that). Refrigerator was never repaired, water pressure in sink was poor. Elevator was very slow and smelled bad.
Las Cruces, NM Trip Stayed two weeks, very economical, felt safe, good value. Rooms are cleaned once a week, so day to day cleaning is on yourself. Full size refrigerator, electric two burner range top and small microwave in room .
Comfy and clean! The hotel was very clean and served the purpose of a clean place to stay with a comfy bed. It wasn't luxurious by any means, but it definitely served us well. We would for sure stay here again.
Very nice hotel. Comfortable bed, and room was cleaning.However, we arrived at night and I guess because of short staff, the front desk was closed. There was a phone and had to dial 0 for service. Was confusing for someone's first time staying there.
Kindness of an employee at the motel! I stayed at your motel mainly because it was close to the hospital where I was scheduled to have tests done. Consequently I ended up being admitted to the hospital and my wife(who has a hard time driving) what to do with her? Our room at your motel was reserved but how was my wife suppose to get there? Anyway, the hospital staff found a cot for her to sleep on in my room. However all our belongings were still in your motel, including our "meds"! Great night Had a very nice stay
Great price without all the frills Found the hotel through Expedia. It is an extended stay hotel and I would have never looked into staying there except for the price. It was clean, beds are good but don't expect a premium mattress. It's a good place to stay at an inexpensive price when you don't need all the frills. They had soda and snack machines. Tenía mi reservación llegué al momento de entrar al edificio ya había mal olor hice check in al momento de entrar en la habitación seguía el mal olor,el baño tenía cabellos y precia que solo habían tendido la cama y no habían hecho el aseo no estaba el piso limpio y había un insecto en la estufa! De inmediato hablé con el servicio al cliente de la aplicación donde hice la reserva y me hicieron la cancelación de inmediato y salí del lugar!! Excelente servicio en la aplicación😁 más no en el hotel😬
