Tenía mi reservación llegué al momento de entrar al edificio ya había mal olor hice check in al momento de entrar en la habitación seguía el mal olor,el baño tenía cabellos y precia que solo habían tendido la cama y no habían hecho el aseo no estaba el piso limpio y había un insecto en la estufa! De inmediato hablé con el servicio al cliente de la aplicación donde hice la reserva y me hicieron la cancelación de inmediato y salí del lugar!! Excelente servicio en la aplicación😁 más no en el hotel😬
The hotel has a horrible smell, the bathroom is very dirty, and there isn't even a shower curtain to take a shower. The beds are old, and the hotel is generally poorly maintained and old.
Unimpressed Hotel is close to the NMSU campus which is why we stayed there. However there was not a front desk attendant available at anytime without calling for someone. There was no check out service. I had to call to turn in keys and there was no reciept. Apparently their front desk doesn’t open til 9 am. Lots of strange people lurching around the front of the property and just creepy vibes in general. Does not serve breakfast or have coffee. If looking for a quick cheap place it’s okay.
I did not like anything about this place. They don’t offer continental breakfast. They don’t have maid service. The phone didn’t work. The air conditioner broke the first night very bad place.

Beds are uncomfortable, doesn’t offer vending or ice, no iron or ironing boards in room. Noisy occupants, no staff on duty at night.
