Disappointed guest; won't be returning. Disappointing-blinds were broken, no hair dryer, no hand towels and wash cloths, no complementary shampoo, conditioner, lotion; outlet in bathroom did not work; no breakfast; no luggage holder, hangers to hang clothes; no iron/ironing board, etc. Expected more with what I paid for room.

I guess they never clean the bedrooms , I found fleas on my bath and bed was terrible

The hotel over all was dirty, as if they just wiped over surface gently. The blankets and pillows smelled dirty. The room smelled like smoke. Kids running in the hall trying to open doors as a game. There was two gang fights and even a gun was waived in the air.
