Staff though friendly enough had no attention to detail. will not us that facility again. I arrived late but called to let them know I will be late but still had to wait and I am diabetic and neede to use restroom. it was locked!
Front desk attendant in the morning was absolutely rude. I asked for a later checkout and he said no. Not even 30 minutes. The bed was stiff. Will not stay here ever again.
We arrived at 11pm and followed the instructions for after hours check-in. Sat on the phone for 25 minutes. Tried to call ahead to let the hotel know we would arrive late, no answer. Had to find another hotel at 11:30.
Ghetto hotel Worst hotel experience ever. Weird smells in elevator. Night staff was rude when requested for towels, told they were closed till morning. Fire alarm set off in middle of night, had ro pull my elderly mother out of bed and make her go down 2 flights of stairs to go outside in the cold, was told someone burned food (was probably due to someone cooking meth) Fire and police responded,but front desk went out to speak to them,they never came inside,just left. No one at front desk when arrived. Have to pick up phone to call for someone to check in. Fore alarm we t off at 11 pm due to pepple burning plastic in their room. Will never stay again
Avoid!!! Avoid!!! This motel has kitchenette but no kitchenware, if I want to cook, I was told by the front desk staff “it is very costly to buy kitchenware from us, the Dollar Tree store is at the corner”. After I see the room, I noticed there is no coffee maker, I called, I was told if I need anything, I need to buy from them including coffee maker. The room felt like we were staying in a dorm room. And check in took 20 minutes because we got in at 11:30pm and there was no one at the front desk. It took about 15 minutes just to get ahold of someone on the “check in phone”. For the poor service and poor quality of amenities, it was way overpriced for one night.
