No one was in the front to check in for like 30 min and the room did not have towels or nothing when i ask the guy in the front he question me like if i was lying and didnt want to give me towels at all.. The place smell bad and to many trashy people

Not recommend While the outside was clean, the entry way, hallway, elevator and room were Not clean. The hallway was smelly, like greasy food. There was trash & food particles on the elevator floor. There was no TV or phone in the room. The Staff was indifferent to our inquiries, so we packed up and left. I would Not recommend this hotel.

I booked 2 rooms non-smoking when we check in at 9 pm 3/16 -3/23 a week stayed the front desk told us they don't have any non smoking room because we book through Expedia.com . Only have 2 smoking rooms available. We can cancelled or go somewhere else. We didn't have any choice because it was getting late. We occupied room 411 & 419. Horrible I had left my stuff in the room and the three it In the dumpster was not happy with wat they did wouldn’t recommend no body to go there
