Service was ok but the room was awful. We didn’t even stay one night. Today is maybe 30 mins and we left to get another hotel. Thank you hotel.com for your help!

AVOID!! The room was not cleaned in between guest. Puboc hair all over the floor and beds, bloody sheets, floor filthy. Advised front desk of the condition and they only changed the sheets, no other cleaning done. During Covid pandemic, cleaning should be number one priority, but wasnt even completed. Non smoking rooms smell like smoke. Environment felt unsafe.

Doesn't provide any toiletries or even soap or toilet paper. Also 2 bath towels and a bath mat is all the towels you'll get.

Staff was rude, room keys continuously had to be reprogrammed. There was never anyone at the front desk.

Find Different Hotel!!! Ok, so the owner is a complete jerk and his wife is completely rude, However; That is nothing in comparison to the uter filthiness of the place. If I was you and you need a room for the night, just sleep in your car or find a different place to stay.

Family trip We stayed at this hotel since there were no available reservations in El Paso Texas over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were not very pleased with the hotel. We had 4 people for the reservation and only 2 towels were provided for all of us. There was no housekeeping available, we had to do our own housekeeping. his was suppose to be a non smoking hotel, yet people were smoking pot in their room . Not very please with the hotel

Terrible, Awful, No Good, Non-Existing Service There was NO staff for late check-in. The after hours process is a phone call (dial 500) that no one answered. Avoid and do yourself a favor by staying at a hotel just up the street.
