No curtains Only negatives were limited access to staff. Only there part of day. Also, no curtains in room, so it stayed bright even with blinds. I am a night shift worker, so it was difficult to sleep.

Welcomed Relief I relocated to the Little Rock area and needed a place to stay that was more than the average hotel. This was the fourth hotel in 3 weeks and the first that I extended for another week. The kitchenette was clean, the room was a comfortable size and the staff was amazing. Staying here took the urgency out of house-hunting. Not a place to stay if you are looking for touristy things to do.

Not the Ritz, but you can't beat the value I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place for single-night stays or for leisure, because it isn't anywhere near anything tourists would want to see. However, it's great for short-term business stays (I stayed here for 7 weeks). The kitchen includes a 2-burner stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, cutting board, lots of cabinet space, and a sink. All plates and utensils must be brought or purchased from the front desk! Decent hotel for the price. Let me start by saying that this is very much a budget hotel. Keeping that in mind, it exceeded my expetations for the price. There are some issues, but if you are looking for luxury, go somewhere else and pay 4x the price for it. Nice Location The stay was very comfortable. IMPROVEMENTS:1) 2 times a week cleaning instead of once a week, especially for weekly guest, 2) Key drop box for early morning travelers. had to slide key under office hoping they would receive the key. 3) Upgrade TV. TV plays but need an upgrade 4) Iron and Ironing Board loaner. Some travaler have no room to pack an Iron. Overall the stay was good.
Stay Booked on line because of stay in south carolina not as good of service in little rock, TV remote would not control sound had alot of trouble with room card.I am teaching a class, and told 6 students about where i was staying 5 checked in. so I brought in business. But over all not as good as South Carolina, Simpsonville

... Had to leave two day early do to a family emergency, and the hotel wouldn't refund my last 2 nights I paid for, will not stay here again the hotel staff was friendly for the most part.
