Bad service I have stayed here twice in the last few weeks. Both times I have had to stand in the lobby and wait for someone to come to the desk to check me in. This time, after working 12 hours, I stood for over 30 minutes. The number that was listed to call went to a voicemail I even called from my personal phone.

Disappointed The room was dirty with paper on the floor when I cam in. The bathroom soap was missing, however the front desk provided me with what I needed. The furniture was very uncomfortable with hard plastic chairs and the bed was hard and lumpy. The one bright spot was the front desk being courteous and helpful.

One of the worst My family stayed here on the busiest weekend of the year, the whole hotel was booked and very busy. We understand there could be staffing difficulties and had lower expectations. As I provided in my first review, the experience was horrible. We did not have a room ready when we checked in and we had to wait for an hour loitering the halls waiting for a room. The room that was made available to us was dirty and not cleaned up.
