Dreadful Everything was terrible VERY, VERY DIRTY, I HAVE PICTURES, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A 3DAY STAY, CHECKED OUT THE NEXT DAY. IT WAS FILTY AND STAINS EVERYWHERE

I would never stay there again. Not enough towels, floors in my room were not clean and the worst of all there were roaches in our room. No breakfast offered. Location was suitable to the place we were going.

Uninviting Internet/wifi was awful. No pots pans or cups to use needed to purchase. Had to remove garbage from room. Blankets/ pillows were awful Staff was friendly and polite and worked hard.

The room was spacious and the staff was helpful. Wifi would not work. Our room card stopped working several times. Close to event

I refused to stay in this hotel due to safety and lack of cleanliness. The manager was very unprofessional and the hotel was unsafe and disgusting. The manager Te’ame Kelly was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was told there was no smoking in the hotel and I saw him smoking a cigarette walking in the main hallway. When I asked for a refund on the room because of absolute filth and horrible odors he refused to speak with me.
