Luckily checked in at 11:30 checked out by 8. Service desk again wasn’t open. It smelled, sheets weren’t exactly clean (hair on them), was some sort of bug crawling on the bathroom floor. Lobby was closed at 10 had to call for assistance and took a while and it felt like we were disturbing the person who helped us. Weird drunk guy passed out in the lobby. No coffee maker in rooms or anywhere. The only thing we liked was the location to our destination

for the price, I didn't expect very much. there was no soap / shampoo / cups etc. in room. location and price

Harassment and discrimination against African Americans Me and 2 my children(ages 5 and 6) were harassed to check out and be removed off the property by employee Te’oma at 3300 Peston Hwy in Louisville ky on 11/06/2023 because I reached out to corporate about his rude behavior and malicious made up rules on the property against African Americans. Dirty room & unworking appliances by an loud active airport The refrigerator wasn't working so by the time we checked in and noticed that, the front desk had closed @ 10. Therefore I had to throw away about $60 worth of food. The microwave was dirty as well as the floor. No ice machine? Without a working refrigerator I didn't have ice. I'm still waiting for a refund of $60 from last Tuesday.

Horrible We had cockroaches crawling on us while we laid in bed.
