Discrimination and racism Me and 2 my children(ages 5 and 6) were harassed to check out and be removed off the property by your employee Te’oma at 3300 Peston Hwy in Louisville ky on 11/06/2023 because I reached out to corporate about his rude behavior and malicious made up rules on the property against African Americans. Dirty room & unworking appliances by an loud active airport The refrigerator wasn't working so by the time we checked in and noticed that, the front desk had closed @ 10. Therefore I had to throw away about $60 worth of food. The microwave was dirty as well as the floor. No ice machine? Without a working refrigerator I didn't have ice. I'm still waiting for a refund of $60 from last Tuesday.

Dreadful Everything was terrible VERY, VERY DIRTY, I HAVE PICTURES, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A 3DAY STAY, CHECKED OUT THE NEXT DAY. IT WAS FILTY AND STAINS EVERYWHERE
